1. All Sales Final

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of our products — including limited releases, pre-orders, and made-to-order items — we do not offer refunds, once an order has been placed.

2. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Pre-order and limited-release items are final sale.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge:

  • Production begins after orders are collected

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing or shipping factors

Refunds will not be issued for delays outside of our control.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [support@motivatejoyrespect.com] with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement at our discretion.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered. Customers are encouraged to use secure delivery locations.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted only for in-stock items
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

Pre-order items are not eligible for exchanges

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in order cancellation and restriction from future purchases.

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before filing a dispute.
