All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume launches, holidays, or promotional periods.

  • Once an order is shipped, Motivate Joy Respect is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider

If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.

3. Pre-Orders

Some items may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items are made or fulfilled after your order is placed.

Pre-Order Shipping Timeline:

Pre-order items typically ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please understand:

  • Pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or fulfillment delays
  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items in the order are ready, unless stated otherwise

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated shipping timeline.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our drops, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, including for pre-order items.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted only for in-stock items
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

Pre-order items are not eligible for exchanges
