Motivate Joy Respect is a U.S.-based brand operating online. We work with both domestic and international partners to bring our vision to life.

3. When will my order ship?

In-stock items:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Pre-order items:

Pre-orders typically ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production, fulfillment, or carrier delays.

4. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

5. Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any orders, including pre-order items. 

6. Do you accept exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for in-stock items, subject to availability.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

Pre-order items are not eligible for exchange.

7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed, including pre-orders. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.

9. What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once an order is shipped, Motivate Joy Respect is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.

10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

11. How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to the size guide provided on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
